The Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) offers an Apprenticeship Program teaching plumbers, pipefitters, welders, and service technicians the trade. The Apprenticeship Program lasts five years with 10,000 hours of training. Each year includes six weeks of classes and on the job training outside of class time.
